• Proxy Drop shall not be used for sending commercial email solicitations or advertisements.
• Proxy Drop shall not be used to send emails containing personally identifiable information about children.
• Proxy Drop shall not be used to obtain unauthorized access to any computer network or system.
• Proxy Drop shall not be used to send emails that specifically advertises firearms or ammunition, tobacco, alcohol, or any other product or service that is illegal.
• Proxy Drop shall not be intentionally used to crash, slow down, or intentionally harm any computer system or network.
• Proxy Drop shall not be used to harass, abuse, defame or threaten anyone or anything.
• Proxy Drop shall not be used to promote participation in multi-level or pyramid marketing initiatives.
• Proxy Drop shall not be used in furtherance of criminal activity of any kind.
• Proxy Drop shall not be accessed using any automated system or using repeated high speed requests. This ends up slowing down the Proxy Drop service for all users and puts tremendous pressure on our servers.

Proxy Drop potential liability for the services is limited - NEITHER Proxy Drop NOR ANY OF ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, AGENTS, SUBSIDIARIES, AFFILIATES, EMPLOYEES, SUCCESSORS, ASSIGNS, CONTENT PROVIDERS OR SERVICE PROVIDERS WILL BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF USE OF THE SERVICES, OR INABILITY TO GAIN ACCESS TO OR USE THE SERVICES. Proxy Drop WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY MATERIAL OF WEB SITES ACCESSED THROUGH THE Proxy Drop SERVICE OR FOR INFORMATION CONTAINED IN OR PART OF THE SERVICES. BECAUSE SOME STATES AND COUNTRIES DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES, THE ABOVE LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
